During lunchtimes we serve our full menu alongside more traditional pub fare such as beer-battered cod and chips and ploughman’s lunches. Prices generally range from £3.95 up to £12.95. A typical lunchtime menu at the Castle Inn would include:-

• Scampi with chips and salad
• Barbecue spare ribs served with side salad and chips
• Wild mushroom, spinach and ricotta cannelloni with spicy tomato sauce

• Filled Ciabattas. Fillings include:

• Tuna mayonnaise

• Steak and kidney pie with new potatoes and vegetables
• Supreme of chicken saltimbocca served with sautéed potatoes and runner beans
• Cumberland sausage and mash with onion gravy
